When I stayed in Huntsville, AL between 2006 and 2011 my wife bought a Canon Pixma Fotoprinter Mini320 for printing her personal pics directly from her camera. In 2011 we moved to Germany using a an international moving company ITO.
.This company packed our household stuff in boxes and trasnported ite by trucks and vessels to my home in Germany. The originals package of Canon was not used to protect the printer. Since 2011 we did not use the printer and ithe box was sitting in the attic. By chance I found the printer and tried to start it but the printer display showed printer error 5100. In opened the cover and recognized a bended guide rail for the printer head due to highpressure on the box while was hauled. The printer is obsolete by now. I could find a mechanic who could straighten the rail but... the removal of the rail required the dissassbly of aprts of the printer . Blunt I did not take photos while disassameble the printer. Removing a flat printed dataline from a board a tiny part fell into the printer mechanic. To recover it I needed to disasseble more of the printer. Now in a dilemma. I do not know how to assemble the printer again, too many screws, springs and brackets. The printer has a solution of 9600 X 2600 dpi so it is worth while assembel it again for use.
I addressed Cannon Germany, they do not have any assaemnly instructions for repair. I tired Cannon USA, they only offer 1-800- phone numbers for support that I cannot use from Germany.
I am lost now...
So, does anybody know how to get a guide for assembely instrcutions or an explosive overview as a PDF-File for the Canon Foto Printer Pixam Mini320?
