Hi there,
I have a Prixma ip8700 everything was printing fine when ink ran out. I changed the ink in same way I have done on
numerous times before. Then the B200 code appeared. Ive tried the usual advice of unplugging the printer etc etc.
But there seems no power going to the printer head/ink cartridges which are normally lit by orange light.
As theres no power to the cartridges its not possible to activate cleaning process etc etc.
I hope I havent got to be another printer as this one is only about 18 months old.
