My cannon IP100 Pixmax is alternate flashing the green light and the orange light.

I have rebooted, reinstalled ink cartridges, replaced ink cartridges several times, no change to warning lights. There is no paper jammed in the machine. My laptop sees the printer as normal.

anything else I can do?
