I have an MG 5560 printer and wish to install easy-photo print ex but if I install eppx-win-4_5_0-en.exe it installs but will not work with message "printing cannot be executed because printer supported by this software is not installed.
Printer works normally otherwise. am I trying to install the wrong easy photo print software?
