Pixma ip110... I replaced the black ink cartridge with an authentic Canon cartridge. Now, I receive service code 1660 that indicates that neither the black nor color cartridges are present. I then replaced the color, but the message persists. Then I tried using the old cartridges. Still the message persists. Is there a way to reset the printer to factory settings? I have read the user's manual troubleshooting section, but cannot find any answers.
