My Selphy C900 all of a sudden tells me that doesn't recognize the ink cartridge

Hi there!

My Selphy C900 doesn't recognise the ink cartridge anymore  , it  says is the wrong size ( it was working fine unitl now . I've bougth a new one and I continue to get the same message,

Can anyone  kindly shed some light ?
