Hi! I use the canon ix6820 for edible printing, using edible ink and wafer paper. I’ve had the printer less than a year, but have only had a successful printing a couple of times. Now, my wafer paper goes through the print process but then ends up with nothing on it. I’ve thoroughly cleaned the print head, I’ve taped the rice paper to regular print paper to give it heft, I’ve done other checks but am still not able to print. Has anyone else had this experience? Does anybody have any suggestions for what might be the problem and how to correct it?
