Not sure what is going on.
1st print of the day comes out so-so, color a bit light and some light banding with one bad pass at the end of the sheet.
So 90 + percent of the image is almost passable, but it gets killed at the end with a .~ .4 in light pass...
So I tried a couple more and each print looks worse.
I removed my canon glossy II photo paper and put in plain paper.
Then did the cleaning flollowed by print pattern it looks fine...
I'm usung photoshop 5.5 64 bit. with images from my Canon D series digital SLR.
I have photoshop set to let the printer handle the color managment...
And all the ink tanks are full...
Printer is like new seldom use it.
Most of my printing is on the office combo printer...
Ok I just took the exact same images and put in heavy plain paper vs. photo glossy, and therfore selected Standard vs High detail. And the banding is almost not visible...
Any thoughts?
