Hi,
Not sure if it is a Canon or an Apple issue but I’m taking my chances here.
I just bought a PIXMA TS3322, and I can’t install the helper to connect the printer to my home wifi/computer (MacBook Air).
What I did:
- Turned the printer ON. Pressed the DIRECT button and got the wifi symbol and the horizontal bars on the printer screen flashing
- Downloaded the helper, started the setup.
- Went through acquiring info on the last software and the license agreement
- ISSUE: upon accepting the license agreement, the setup just quits unexpectedly.
What I tried to do:
Turn OFF the computer firewall and allowed apps downloaded from anywhere. Still no luck.
How can I fix this ? Thank you
