Hi, I purchased my TS9120 in Amazon, but am living in Korea now.
My printer shows me the 5011 error message only a few weeks later I purchase it, so I could only print about 10 pictures using it.
My situation is very similar to the below link.

Like the fifth guy, my scanner bar shows me a weak green light, and then goes back to where it comes from.
I tried turning off and on following the manual troubleshooting, but it did not work at all.
And I also called Canon Korea service center, but they said they cannot help me because they do not have scanner part of the product.
Therefore, I need to fix this product on my own or I have to throw this product away.
Can anyone suggest me a solution to resolve this problem?
I don't need the scanning option so I'm willing to turn off/get rid of the scanner if possible.
