i just bought this printer and if i would have known that i have to seperately purchase a usb cord so that i can connect to my computer/laptop then i would have never spent my money on this printer. to be very honest, that is very unprofessional to not have all the equipment in one box. we customers should not have to go through so much just to get the printer working. but this is good to know. will be getting my money back and spreading the word in the process that canon does not provide everything you need to get your printer working. good day.
